pep* for leadership assessment and development.

pep* for leadership assessment and development.
Advanced training materials and aids will be provided
to each team attending.

Stage IV
– pep* technology applications training
for staff developers who assume the roles of program
coaches and directors. This stage includes a review
of the entire pep* program as well as interviewing
and videotaping techniques. Participants receive
training on the installation and use of special
software for generating assessment and development
reports. Each participant receives a CD containing
the Software, slide shows and other materials for
use in the program. Only participants completing
Stages I, II and III will be admitted to this training
session.
